Fischer Youth Sports camps give your young athletes the opportunity train with same world-class staff and in the same state-of-the-art facilities as our Major League All-Stars, CY Young Award winners, NFL All-Pros and other professional athletes.
AGES 12 & UNDER
Training sessions for athletes 12 years old and younger are approximately 60 minutes long and emphasize proper functional sport-specific training that includes flexibility, core, speed, agility and balance. Overloading young, developing skeletal systems is potentially harmful, so we focus on body weight specific strengthening to properly enhance physical progression.
AGES 13 TO 18
Training sessions for athletes 13-18 years old are approximately 90 minutes long to accommodate more intense functional sport-specific training. Proper program design allows for optimal physical development of your young athlete’s sport-specific power, speed, agility and balance.
