Our mission is to build your athlete’s confidence and self esteem as well as encourage physical fitness while he or she explores, learns and excels in gymnastics, tumbling or cheer. Whether this is your athlete’s first exposure to a structured activity or a continuation of their training, we want it to be a positive experience.
Pre-K and Kinder
Parent Tot Ages: up to 3 years Under the direction of our coach, parents lead their little athlete through a series of activities focused on flexibility and motor skill development
Beginner Tumbling – No prior tumbling experience is required. – Intermediate Tumbling – Minimum skills required: cartwheel, round-off, unassisted standing back handspring and unassisted round-off back handspring. Advanced Tumbling – Minimum skills required: standing and running round-off back handspring series
